1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3333ba ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise makes use of any service, product, or feature offered through the 3333ba website at 3333ba.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or simply browsing the 3333ba platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or policies that govern individual products, promotions, or games available on the platform. Where a conflict exists between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 3333ba platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not under self-exclusion at 3333ba or subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or other legal restriction prohibiting your participation in online gambling.
• You have not previously had an account permanently closed by 3333ba for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• The funds you deposit on the platform are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

3333ba reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during the operation of your account. Acceptable identity documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by the competent authority of Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

3333ba takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed the 3333ba platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and act promptly. We also encourage the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared or family devices.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

3333ba is an internationally operated platform. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services at 3333ba — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a preferred payment method. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3333ba account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access your account on your behalf. 3333ba will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will take prompt action to secure your account and investigate the matter.

One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 3333ba platform at any given time. Where 3333ba identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination of these identifying factors — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited. The player's primary account may also be reviewed and closed at 3333ba's discretion.

Account Closure by the Player

You may close your 3333ba account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

3333ba supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladesh players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated at the time of the transaction.

• Visa / Mastercard: International debit and credit cards accepted. All card transactions processed over 3D Secure encrypted channels.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are credited to your 3333ba account in real time or within the standard processing window of the selected payment method. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 3333ba does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3333ba bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practice. Before processing any withdrawal request, 3333ba may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Withdrawal requests submitted during the platform's peak processing window (8am–midnight Bangladesh Standard Time) are typically processed fastest.

3333ba reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, 3333ba will notify the player promptly and communicate the expected timeframe for resolution.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and betting transactions on the 3333ba platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a payment method processes a transaction in a different currency, conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any exchange rate variance is beyond 3333ba's control.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

3333ba offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this general section.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the point of bonus issuance.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotion terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.
• 3333ba reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses in a manner that falls outside the spirit of the promotion — including but not limited to using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse. 3333ba monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses, void related winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified. Decisions in this area are made at 3333ba's sole discretion.

No Bonus Option

6. User Obligations

By using the 3333ba platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, applicable law, and the rights and interests of other users and of 3333ba. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of your interaction with the platform, including at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with support staff.
• Attempt to access another player's account, or attempt to access any non-public area of the 3333ba platform without authorisation.
• Use any software, bot, script, automation tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 3333ba, including to place bets, navigate the interface, or extract data.
• Engage in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Conduct transactions on the platform in a manner that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 3333ba staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploit software errors, display errors, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions on the platform to obtain an advantage. Any bets placed on the basis of a known or suspected error are void. You must report any errors you identify to [email protected] promptly.
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the platform's infrastructure or that otherwise interferes with the normal operation of the service.

Breach of any of the obligations in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. 3333ba's decisions in this regard are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3333ba platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, layout, text, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and audio-visual materials — is the property of 3333ba or is used by 3333ba under licence from third-party rights holders. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3333ba platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the platform without prior written consent from 3333ba.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game assets on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application without express written authorisation.
• Use the 3333ba brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 3333ba intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on the 3333ba platform infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, please notify us in writing at [email protected] with full details of the alleged infringement.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

The 3333ba platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be entirely free of technical errors, delays, or interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally make the platform temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3333ba's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3333ba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether or not 3333ba has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling inherently carries financial risk and that the outcome of games offered on the 3333ba platform is determined by chance. 3333ba makes no guarantee of winnings. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
